Take time every single day to market yourself. Now this doesn’t have to apply just to a lawyer, a lawyer obviously has a financial stake in marketing themselves but so does everyone else. Whether you are a plumber or whether you are a doctor, whether you or a laborer, anything you strive to do in your life, you are always going to have a leg up on others if you spend the time to market yourself. Now what I mean by that is you don’t have to go out and produce a video to put on the internet or write a blog article or something like that it can be as simple asking somebody you don’t know very well to lunch and learning about their profession and maybe voicing your opinion on what your profession is. You always have to be willing to do a little bit of marketing, that little bit of extra marketing, will give you an advantage on almost everyone else in your profession.
